.DISCUSSION...
Main impact over next few days is good potential for showers and
thunderstorms. Otherwise, warm weather with seasonable, somewhat
weak afternoon winds. Background winds generally from the
southwest, with occasional light northwest winds in the mornings.
Chances for showers and thunderstorms starting today after 1200
PDT, moving northwest-wards over the region. Little to no
precipitation is expected today, but a stray shower or
thunderstorm does have the potential to move directly over the
incident. Gusty outflow winds are expected in the region from
nearby storms, likely from the east to northeast.
Shower/thunderstorm chances continue overnight before increasing
Saturday afternoon. Saturday afternoon and early evening are best
chances to get a storm directly over the incident, with 0.10-0.20"
of precipitation currently forecast. Any storm can bring gusty
and erratic winds, locally heavy rain, lightning, and small hail.
