.DISCUSSION...
A deep marine layer keeps clouds in place this afternoon and
overnight tonight with high humidity to 75-95 percent. The marine
layer becomes more shallow by Wednesday, allowing full clearing
by Wednesday afternoon, but also the chance for patchy fog
Wednesday morning. Wednesday will be a touch warmer than today,
but humidity is expected to fall to 55-60 percent Wednesday
afternoon. Winds will be light and largely terrain driven in the
overnight/morning periods with steady west-southwesterly winds up
to 10-15 mph Wednesday afternoon.
