WESTERLY WINDS GUSTING UP TO 30-45 MPH IN THE MOUNTAIN PASSES,
PEAKS, AND DESERT SLOPES THIS MORNING. WETTING RAIN WILL CONTINUE
THROUGH THIS MORNING FROM THE COAST TO THE MOUNTAIN SLOPES. SNOW
LEVELS WILL REMAIN HIGH, GENERALLY ABOVE 7000 FEET. ADDITIONAL  RAIN
CHANCES RETURN FOR MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY, WITH THE BEST  CHANCE
OF WETTING RAIN CONTINUING TO BE IN THE MOUNTAINS. GUSTY  WEST WINDS
ARE EXPECTED TO STRENGTHEN AGAIN TUESDAY INTO  WEDNESDAY. DRY
CONDITIONS RETURN FOR THURSDAY INTO THE WEEKEND.  THERE REMAINS
UNCERTAINTY IN THE FORECAST FOR NEXT WEEKEND, THERE  ARE SOME
SOLUTIONS INDICATING ADDITIONAL PRECIPITATION WITH MOST SOLUTIONS
INDICATING DRIER AND WARMER WEATHER.

DRY AND WARMER THAN NORMAL CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE REGION
FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS. OVERALL LIGHT WINDS WILL  CONTINUE WITH
ONLY SOME PERIODIC LIGHT BREEZES OVER THE HIGHER  TERRAIN IN THE
AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. REGIONAL MOISTURE  CONTENT WILL BE ON
THE INCREASE TODAY WITH MINRH VALUES BETWEEN  25-35% ACROSS THE
WESTERN DISTRICTS. VALUES ACROSS THE EASTERN  DISTRICTS WILL ONLY BE
15-20% THIS AFTERNOON, BUT WILL INCREASE TO 20-25% BY MONDAY
AFTERNOON. FAIR TO GOOD OVERNIGHT RECOVERIES CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH
THE START OF THE UPCOMING WEEK.
