Near normal temperatures through Tuesday with the marine layer
depth fluctuating between 1000-1500 ft. Minimum afternoon relative
humidity of 5 to 15 percent in the mountains and deserts with
typical afternoon sea breezes gusting to around 35 mph below the
passes. More significant warming Wednesday through Friday with
little change in afternoon humidity. There is some increase in
mid-level moisture during this period, but shower/thunderstorm
chances remain below 10%.
