Below normal temperatures and a marine layer around 2500 feet deep
through Sunday. Gradual warming through the week with the marine
layer becoming more shallow. Monsoon moisture will return by
midweek with a 15-30% chance of showers and thunderstorms over the
mountains and high desert Thursday afternoon. Chances increase for
Friday afternoon and evening for all mountains and deserts and
continue through Saturday.
