.DISCUSSION...
Through Tuesday, near normal temperatures are expected for most
locations with the deserts running up to 5 degrees above average.
Minimum afternoon relative humidity of 5 to 15 percent in the
mountains and deserts with typical afternoon sea breezes gusting
to around 35 mph below the passes. High pressure will amplify across
the region by Wednesday through Friday, bringing highs 5 to 10 degrees
above average away from the coast. Thunderstorm chances still look low
by this period, under 10%. The marine layer will thin by the middle of
week with clouds and fog closer to the coast each night and morning.
