.DISCUSSION...
Winds will become northerly and strengthen this morning with much
lower humidity today for the mountains, deserts, and Inland
Empire. For the Inland Empire and San Bernardino County mountains,
the lowest humidity will fall to around 10 percent with areas of
north winds with gusts to 45 to 55 mph. Winds will decrease
tonight with a recovery in humidity to 30 to 40 percent. Then dry
with weaker winds and a warming trend for Saturday through
Wednesday with high temperatures next Wednesday 5 to 10 degrees
above average for inland areas.
