.DISCUSSION...
Patchy drizzle continues this morning west of the mountains,
though no wetting rain is expected. Warmer and drier inland
through Tuesday with the marine layer depth gradually lowering
from around 3000 ft this morning to around 1500-2000 ft. Typical
diurnal sea breezes with locally gusty winds in the mountains and
deserts each afternoon and evening. Minor cooling Wednesday,
followed by more significant cooling and a deeper marine layer
Thursday into next weekend.
