.DISCUSSION...
Below normal temperatures and typical afternoon sea breezes
through Tuesday. A 2500 ft marine layer this morning will lower to
around 2000 ft on Monday, then down to 1000-1500 ft the remainder
of the week. Hot weather returns inland beginning on Wednesday,
peaking Thursday and Friday before minor cooling next weekend.
Monsoon moisture will return by midweek with a 15-25% chance of
showers and thunderstorms over the mountains and high desert
Thursday afternoon. Chances increase to around 20-40% for Friday
and Saturday afternoon and evening for all mountains and deserts.
