...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 PM PDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Southwest California, including the following
  county, Riverside.

* WHEN...Until 815 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 608 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Radar has estimated local
    rainfall up to three-quarters of an inch between 500 PM and
    600 PM.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Moreno Valley, southern Lake Elsinore, Hemet, Murrieta,
    Perris, San Jacinto, southern Beaumont, Menifee, Sun City and
    Wildomar.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
