.SYNOPSIS...
There is a 15-30% chance of showers late tonight into Thursday
morning for the mountains westward, and again late Thursday night
into Friday for all areas except the low deserts. There is also a
slight chance of thunderstorms on Friday across portions of the
Riverside and San Bernardino County mountains and high desert.
Rainfall rates will generally be less than 0.15 inch/hour, locally
up to 0.25 inch/hour in heavier showers/thunderstorms on Friday.
This will limit the flash flooding threat.
