.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...
At 2 AM, a 1011 mb low aligned along the Southern California Coast
and a 1003 mb low was 350 nm west of San Diego at the core of a
storm system arriving today. Strong southeast winds will develop
this morning generating hazardous boating conditions, then will
diminish late this afternoon. There is a slight chance of
thunderstorms this afternoon and early evening. Any thunderstorm
could produce locally hazardous conditions. A new storm arrives
Thursday, with strong southwest winds, turning northwest and
strengthening into possible gales Thursday afternoon. These winds
and will produce hazardous boating conditions Thursday into Friday
morning. There is another slight chance of thunderstorms
Thursday. Conditions improve Friday afternoon through Saturday.
