.Synopsis for the far Southern CA coast...
At 1 PM, a 1026 mb high was 600 nautical miles west of Cape
Mendocino and a 1002 mb low was over central Nevada. The coastal
eddy will continue to circulate through Wednesday night. Northwest
flow will follow Thursday, strengthening for Friday and Saturday.
