.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...
At 1 PM, a 1040 mb high was over northwestern Wyoming and a 1014
mb low was 500 nautical miles southeast of San Diego, CA. Patchy
fog over coastal waters Sunday night reducing visibility to less
than 1 nautical mile. Otherwise, predominantly weak northwesterly
flow through early Thursday, then elevated to strong westerly
winds through Friday associated with an incoming low pressure
system.
