.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...
At 1 PM, a 1019 mb high was over Orange County and a 1012 mb low
was 50 NM SW of Santa Barbara. Onshore flow will shift between
southerly breezes and westerly breezes through Friday morning. A
strong front will move through Friday afternoon ushering in gusty
NW winds with Small Craft conditions possible, especially near San
Clemente Island. Light NW to N flow prevails for the weekend.
