At 8 PM, a 1026 mb high was around 600 nautical miles west of San Francisco and a 1006 mb low was over Needles, CA. Tsunami waves of 1 to 3 feet are expected to surge between 12-2 AM local time capable of producing strong currents and dangerous waves. Conditions will be hazardous for swimming and capable of causing boats to detach from structures. It is advised to stay out of the water until officials deem it safe to return.
