At 2 PM, a 1031 mb high was 425 nautical miles west of Portland,
OR and a 1005 mb low was over Las Vegas, NV. Generally weak to
moderate onshore flow from the northwest will continue through
Thursday, with an eddy possible at times each morning Monday
through Wednesday.
