* At 1043 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Liberal, or
  12 miles northeast of Pittsburg, moving east at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Prairie State Park, Lamar, Liberal, Mulberry, Mindenmines, Lamar
  Heights, Irwin, Burgess, Oakton, Iantha, Verdella, and Boston.
