* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values of 105 to
  110.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas and southwest and west central
  Missouri.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat and high humidity events.
