This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited lightning risk.
  Elevated excessive heat risk.

DISCUSSION...

A Heat Advisory is in effect for the area through 8 PM Monday.
Daily afternoon heat index values of 100 to 105 degrees are likely
through at least Monday.

There is a 10 to 20 percent chance of a shower or thunderstorm
east of Highway 65 this afternoon and evening. Most locations will
remain dry.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

A Heat Advisory is in effect for the area through 8 PM Monday.
Daily afternoon heat index values of 100 to 105 degrees are likely
through at least Monday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
