Weather hazards expected... Elevated fire weather risk. DISCUSSION... Surface low pressure system moving into the area has caused our dewpoints to drop into the 40s near the MO/AR border with RH values in the 20% range. Northerly wind gusts have also been gusting up to 25 mph at times this afternoon. No rain is expected today.Showers will move into far southwest Missouri into southeast Kansas towards daybreak on Monday. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday. Below average temperatures expected through next week with highs in the 70s to lower 80s. A 50-70% chance of rain Monday for the southwestern corner of Missouri and southeastern corner of Kansas. Rainfall amounts for that area are up to 0.75" with localized amounts up to 1.5". Not everyone will see rain and some places will remain dry. There is a 30-70% chance for rain for much of the Ozarks Thursday and onwards. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
