This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

 Limited excessive heat risk.

DISCUSSION...

Heat Advisory is in effect for the entire area through 8pm
Tuesday. Afternoon heat index values of 100 to 105 degrees with
limited overnight relief with lows in the 70s.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Afternoon heat index values in the upper 90s to around 100 will
occur Tuesday.

There is a 30 to 50 percent chance for showers and thunderstorms
Tuesday into Wednesday as a cold front moves through.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
