Lightning, heavy downpours, and isolated wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph could occur if a thunderstorm does develop. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday. The excessive heat will continue through the end of this week with highs generally in the mid 90s and heat index values from 100 to 105 each day.
