Weather hazards expected... Limited lightning risk. Elevated extreme heat risk. DISCUSSION... There is a 10 to 20 percent chance for an isolated thunderstorm this afternoon west of Highway 65. Most locations will remain dry. Hot temperatures persist for locations west of Highway 65. Highs in the upper 90s to lower 100s and heat index values between 100 and 110 degrees. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday. Hot temperatures continue west of Highway 65 on Tuesday and Wednesday with heat indicies around 100-110. Shower and thunderstorm chances of 60 to 90 percent on Wednesday evening into Thursday along a frontal passage. There is a marginal risk for severe thunderstorms for areas along and north of Highway 60 Wednesday evening. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
