Weather hazards expected... Limited lightning risk. Elevated extreme heat risk. DISCUSSION... Abnormally hot temperatures again today with a Heat Advisory still in effect areawide. There is a low chance for an isolated thunderstorm across south- central Missouri and the eastern Ozarks this afternoon. The strongest storms will be capable of producing wind gusts up to 50 to 60 mph. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday. The Heat Advisory continues until Saturday evening. A frontal passage is expected later in the weekend which will bring cooler temperatures and more widespread rain chances. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
