.DISCUSSION...
Showers and thunderstorms will move through the region tonight
into Friday morning. The greatest coverage will be along and north
of the Highway 54 corridor. Additional showers and storms will
develop along a cold front Friday afternoon and evening, mainly
east of Highway 65. A few of these storms may be strong to severe,
capable of producing wind gusts to 60 mph, tornadoes, and hail up
to quarters.
Cooler, drier, and breezier conditions return on Saturday. A well
mixed atmosphere will produce northerly wind gusts up to 30 mph.
