.DISCUSSION...

Above average temperatures continue today with gusty southwesterly winds
gusting up to 25 mph this afternoon with min RH values in the
40-45% range. Thunderstorms move in late tonight across western Missouri
and southeast Kansas and will then spread across the remainder of
the area for much of Saturday into Saturday evening.  The front
will bring cooler temperatures to the area Sunday.

Sunday and Monday will consist of min RH values in the 30-40%
range with southwesterly wind gusts reaching 30 mph on Monday.
There will be a few spots of elevated fire danger especially as
the low pressure system pushes east on Sunday.
