.DISCUSSION...

30-70% chances for scattered showers and thunderstorms this morning along
and north of I-44. 30-55% chances for additional showers and thunderstorms
this afternoon into tonight in areas along and west of the Hwy 63 corridor.

Thunderstorms may produce gusty outflow winds up to 30 mph that cause
temporary but dramatic and quick shifts in wind directions.

Daily rain chances (30-50%) persist through Wednesday, with temperatures
returning to near normal for mid August. Conditions dry out by Thursday,
when a gradual warming trend back into the low to mid 90s this weekend.
