Hot conditions continue this afternoon with light northerly winds. Winds will then turn back southerly
on Friday. Rain chances will
will remain in the 20-40 percent range on a daily basis from Friday night/Saturday onwards. Temps will remain hot with many
places in the 90s to around 100, especially west of Springfield. Afternoon
humidities may also fall below 40 percent.
