...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM WEDNESDAY TO 10 AM
PST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Snow is likely. 4 to 8 inches of snow are expected along
  the Cascade crest and highest points of Highway 20.

* WHERE...Cascades of Whatcom and Skagit Counties and higher
  elevations of Highway 20.

* WHEN...From 4 PM Wednesday to 10 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact travelers along Highway 20 from Wednesday evening
  through Thursday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Higher snowfall amounts are likely in and
  around Mount Baker between 8 to 10 inches through Thursday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
power outages.
