The National Weather Service in Seattle has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southwestern Grays Harbor County in northwestern Washington...

* Until 500 PM PST.

* At 437 PM PST, a confirmed waterspout was located just offshore
  near Westport, moving north at 25 mph. As of 4:35 PM, the
  waterspout was visible close to the shore in Tokeland.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed waterspout moving
           closer to onshore.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* This tornado will be near...
  Aberdeen, Hoquiam, and Ocean Shores around 445 PM PST.

Other locations impacted by this tornado include Cohassett Beach,
Markham, and Grayland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
