...A strong shower will impact portions of northwestern Snohomish
and southwestern Skagit Counties through 615 PM PDT...

At 538 PM PDT, trained weather spotters reported a strong shower
near Arlington, moving northeast at 5 mph. A funnel cloud has also
been reported with this shower.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Marysville, Arlington, Bryant, North Marysville, and Smokey Point.
