.SYNOPSIS...A cool and wet pattern will set up over the mountain
today through this weekend. Showers will be possible tonight
through Thursday, with heavier precipitation likely Friday into
Saturday with possible thunderstorms. Snow is possible near the
peak of the mountain as snow levels fall below Camp Muir through
the weekend. Windy conditions near the summit are expected today
and Friday.

.IMPACTS...Strong winds at and above 10,000 feet will make it
difficult to move safely and could produce local whiteout
conditions. A high level of skill and experience in alpine
terrain, including use of GPS, is recommended for navigation and
camping in these conditions.

.WEDNESDAY...Sunny. Freezing level near 15000 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Partly cloudy with a slight chance of showers
in the evening, then mostly cloudy after midnight. No snow
accumulation near Paradise. Snow level near 9000 feet.
.THURSDAY...Partly sunny. Freezing level near 13500 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Mostly cloudy. A slight chance of rain and snow
in the evening, then rain and snow likely after midnight. Snow
level near 11000 feet.
