.SYNOPSIS...An atmospheric river will bring moderate to heavy
rainfall and gusty winds to western Washington throughout the
weekend. High pressure will then build into the region early next
week, providing relief from the wet conditions for a few days.

.IMPACTS...Stormy weather will create difficult backcountry
skiing and mountaineering conditions across much of the alpine
terrain of Mt. Rainier, including the Muir snowfield. Blizzard-
like conditions with strong winds and near zero visibility are
likely. A high level of skill and experience in alpine terrain,
including use of GPS, is recommended for navigation and camping in
these conditions.

.FRIDAY...Cloudy. A slight chance of rain and snow late in the
morning. Rain and snow early in the afternoon, then rain and snow
likely late in the afternoon. Patchy fog early in the afternoon.
Snow accumulation near Paradise up to 2 inches. Snow level near
3500 feet increasing to 7500 feet in the afternoon.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Patchy fog in the evening. Rain and snow likely
in the evening, then rain and snow after midnight. No snow
accumulation near Paradise. Snow level near 10000 feet.
.SATURDAY...Rain and snow in the morning, then rain and snow
likely in the afternoon. No snow accumulation near Paradise. Snow
level near 9000 feet.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...Mostly cloudy with rain and snow likely in the
evening, then mostly cloudy with a chance of rain and snow after
midnight. Snow level near 9500 feet.
.SUNDAY...Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain and snow in the
morning, then mostly cloudy with rain and snow in the afternoon.
Snow level near 9000 feet.
