.SYNOPSIS...
A frontal system will continue moving through the region today
for rain and some mountain snow through Thursday. The back half
of the week looks to remain active, though no significant
impacts are forecast. Additional weather systems are likely into
this weekend.

.IMPACTS...Strong winds in alpine regions on the mountain,
including the Muir snowfield, will make it difficult to move
safely and could produce local whiteout conditions. A high level
of skill and experience in alpine terrain, including use of GPS,
is recommended for navigation and camping in these conditions.

.WEDNESDAY...Mostly cloudy with rain and snow likely in the
morning, then mostly cloudy with a chance of rain and snow in the
afternoon. Snow level near 8000 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain and snow
in the evening, then mostly cloudy with a slight chance of rain
and snow after midnight. Snow level near 8000 feet.
.THURSDAY...Rain and snow. No snow accumulation near Paradise.
Snow level near 8500 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Rain and snow. Light snow accumulations. Snow
level near 7000 feet decreasing to 5000 feet after midnight.
