.SYNOPSIS...Cool and cloudy conditions to start the week across
the park as low pressure remains offshore. Expect gradual warming
throughout the week and drier conditions to develop by late week.
Higher winds expected at summit level throughout the week.

.IMPACTS...Strong winds at and above 10,000 feet will make it
difficult to move safely and could produce local whiteout
conditions. A high level of skill and experience in alpine
terrain, including use of GPS, is recommended for navigation and
camping in these conditions.
