.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure building into the region, combined
with offshore flow, and will bring cool and dry conditions to the
western Washington on Tuesday and Wednesday. Expect strong winds
near the summit. A weak system will bring the return of showers
to the area Thursday into Friday with a stronger, wetter system
expected to move into the area this weekend.

.IMPACTS...Strong winds near the summit will make it difficult to
move safely and could produce local whiteout conditions. A high
level of skill and experience in alpine terrain, including use of
GPS, is recommended for navigation and camping in these
conditions.

.MONDAY NIGHT...Mostly clear. Freezing level near 6000 feet.
.TUESDAY...Sunny. Freezing level near 6000 feet increasing to
8000 feet in the afternoon.
