.SYNOPSIS...Cool and cloudy conditions will settle into western
Washington with periods of showers through the week as a low
deepens offshore. More widespread precipitation will enter the
region over the holiday weekend, with the first mountain snow of
the season.

.IMPACTS...Strong winds near the summit will make it difficult to
move safely and could produce local whiteout conditions. A high
level of skill and experience in alpine terrain, including use of
GPS, is recommended for navigation and camping in these
conditions.

.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Partly cloudy with a slight chance of rain and
snow in the evening, then mostly cloudy with a chance of rain and
snow after midnight. No snow accumulation near Paradise. Snow
