* WHERE...City of Seattle, Eastside, Lowlands of Pierce and Southern
  King Counties, Olympia and Southern Puget Sound, and Shoreline /
  Lynnwood / South Everett Area.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Localized areas of dense fog have developed
  this morning around central Puget Sound. Visibilities will improve
  mid to late morning.
