...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THURSDAY TO 10 AM PST
FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold temperatures as low as 15 to 25 degrees.

* WHERE...Western Skagit County, Bellevue and Vicinity, East Puget
  Sound Lowlands, Everett and Vicinity, and Seattle and Vicinity.

* WHEN...From 10 PM Thursday to 10 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
  is exposed to these temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 degrees.

* WHERE...Western Whatcom County.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
  is exposed to these temperatures.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures will warm Thursday afternoon to
  30 to 35 degrees before dropping once again Friday morning.
