* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT
  early this morning. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from
  2 PM this afternoon to 11 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Seas and winds will diminish below advisory
