.DISCUSSION...Continued onshore flow will maintain showers and
abundant cloud cover this morning. Shower coverage begins to
decrease this afternoon, but a Puget Sound Convergence Zone by
develop by late afternoon north of the incident site and then push
south through the evening. Winds increase a bit to around 8 to 10
mph as this does so. Otherwise, light showers decrease overnight
and a lull early Thursday morning before the next disturbance
brings renewed light rain on Thursday.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy (85-95 percent). Rain showers likely in
                    the morning, then chance of rain showers in the
                    afternoon.
Chance of pcpn......70 percent in the morning, then 60 percent late
                    afternoon and evening.
