.DISCUSSION...Increased wind speeds over the fireworks site are
still expected with the most likely range being between 8 to 12
mph, easing somewhat after 2300. There will be a 40 percent chance
for wind gusts at or above 20 mph during the 2200-2300 time frame
with near-zero probability of gusts of 30 mph or higher. For
perspective, this percentage is part of a falling trend from a 50
pct chance for gusts meeting or exceeding 20 mph from 2000-2100.
Wind direction should remain mostly southwesterly for the window
of concern.
