.DISCUSSION...Low to mid level clouds at the incident site this
morning will slowly lift at times during the afternoon, but could
likely see some lingering low clouds especially in drainage
valleys. Not likely that mid level clouds will completely clear
out as some high clouds will continue to develop throughout the
day (anywhere from 7000 to 8000 feet), but conditions should
remain partly cloudy late morning into the early afternoon hours.
Heading into the evening and the overnight hours, clouds will
clear and lead to unrestricted visibilities and ceilings, with
seeing sunny skies throughout Tuesday.
