.DISCUSSION...Dry offshore flow will continue through this morning
over the western Cascades as onshore flow resumes along the coast.
Flow will turn westerly across western Washington later today,
bringing in ample moisture and cloudy skies. Temperatures will
sharply drop by Wednesday, with conditions staying cooler and moist
through the remainder of the week with chances for light shower
activity. Chances for wetting rains increase into the weekend.

 Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
