.DISCUSSION...Dry and warm conditions today. Portions of the central
and southern Cascades will see minimum RH values drop between 25 to
35 percent this afternoon. A strong system arrives Wednesday with the
increasing potential for widespread wetting rains, stronger winds
along the coast and north interior, as well as a slight chance for
thunderstorms. Cooler, unsettled conditions then continue late week.

 Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
