the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A winter storm low pressure system, 29.60 inches, will
move through the Ohio Valley and Lake Erie this evening through
tomorrow morning. This will bring widespread winter weather and
breezy conditions to the Great Lakes. A cold front will pass over
the Great Lakes in response to the departing low pressure system
tomorrow, sustaining breezy conditions through the day.

.REST OF TODAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots. Light snow in the
afternoon.
.TONIGHT...Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots diminishing to 5 to 10
knots in the late evening and early morning...then backing to the
northwest early in the morning. Snow and freezing rain.
.THURSDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to 20 knots
in the late morning and afternoon. Mostly cloudy.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...West winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 10 to 15
knots after midnight. Partly cloudy.
.FRIDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots backing to the southeast in
the evening. Mostly sunny becoming partly sunny in the afternoon
becoming mostly cloudy. A chance of light snow in the evening.
.SATURDAY...North winds 10 to 15 knots. Snow. Snow may be heavy at
times.
.SUNDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots. Mostly cloudy with light
snow likely.
