Winds back toward the southwest by Monday afternoon and strengthen ahead of a weak low tracking through the northern Ohio Valley on Tuesday. This brings opportunities for precipitation, mainly over Lake St. Clair and Lake Erie, but also parts of southern Lake Huron.
