Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.40 inches, builds into the western
Great Lakes through early Thursday, then shifts southward into
the Ohio Valley by Friday. Meanwhile, a clipper system will pass
near northern Lake Huron leading to moderate southwest winds on
Friday. High pressure will dominate the area through the weekend
as the storm track sets up across the southern US.

becoming partly cloudy.
