Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front washes out over the Great Lakes today as
low pressure, 29.60 inches, shears off to the northeast. High
pressure, 30.20 inches, then builds across Lake Superior early
Wednesday morning. Continued warm and unstable conditions will
support shower and thunderstorm chances today through the end of
the work week.

early in the afternoon...then becoming west 5 to 10 knots late in
the afternoon. Mostly sunny. A chance of showers and thunderstorms
in the afternoon. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TONIGHT...West winds 5 to 10 knots veering to the northeast in the
late evening and overnight. Partly cloudy with a chance of showers
and thunderstorms. Waves 2 feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY...Northeast winds 5 to 10 knots until late afternoon
becoming light and variable. Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers
and thunderstorms. Waves 2 feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 5 to 10 knots. Partly cloudy. A
chance of showers and thunderstorms in the evening...then a chance
of light showers after midnight. Waves 2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY...East winds 5 to 10 knots. Mostly cloudy with a chance of
light showers in the morning...then partly cloudy with a chance of
showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening. Waves 2 feet
or less.
.FRIDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy. Showers
likely and a chance of thunderstorms. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Partly cloudy. A chance
